chicken with haggis
I have just tried this. It is so good to get something different that is gluten free. I cooked mine wrapped in foil for 20 mins and then opened the foil for a further 10 mins to crisp the bacon. It was delicious and as good as any top restaurant. Will definitely order more.
Chicken stuffed with gluten free haggis
I tried the haggis stuffed chicken for the first time today & wasn't disappointed. I baked it in a casserole with a tight fitting lid in a fan oven at 180 for an hour. The chicken was beautifully cooked & the haggis had a wonderful texture & flavour. On serving, the chicken & haggis had remained moist & the bacon was cooked but not crispy. I kept it simple & served it with boiled potatoes & garden peas with a home made creamy pepper sauce on the side & let the wonderful haggis tickle My taste buds. Delicious
